Abstract

In this paper, using the method of comparative law, we analyze the sources of the land rights of the Russian Federation, Belarus and Ukraine, defining land as an object of public and private legal relations. Author studies the features of the mechanism of legal regulation related to emergence, modification and termination of land rights, a combination of private and public elements in the legal regulation of emergence, modification and termination of the proprietary-legal land relations, etc.
